What does it involve?

The audit requires me to spend one full day on site at your company. In advance of this day we will request some information from you on your current marketing approach, products and markets. I usually get you to fill out a simple questionnaire. Basically I want to know the information that will increase your sales or let you achieve a specific goal.

The day on-site will follow a structured approach that will enable me to gain a full understanding of your business issues. From this I create a marketing Plan and I usually get this delivered to you within a week of the call out.
